Broncemar employees brilliant
Thomsons employees need more training.
Food excellent and value for money
Car hire very inexpensive
Avoid Trafalga bar its substandard
Hong Kong excellent
Steak house excellent
End of day stick to hotel because food is second to none
Bad Points
Entertainment was rubbish compared to other sites. The reps were young insecure and appeared unhappy with their tasks. Suggest Thomson's get professional staff if they want to be as good as other entertainment site such as caleta gardens.
General Comments
Broncemar Beach Apartments was brilliant. Staff excellent, food in hotel brilliant. The breakfast was only 5 euros and was more than worth it, the dinner was equally brilliant. The small shop was better than the one off site and the staff in the shop were extremely polite and helpful. Overall Broncemar beach has a wonderful team working for it and I would definitely go there again.
