Good Points

External design. Glass jug. Great for smoothies.


Bad Points

Cannot be dismantled fully. Difficult to clean. Top doesn't seal so leaks.


General Comments

Very disappointed with this expensive KitchenAid KSB5 EAC Ultra Power blender. It mashes raw veg to a pulp - it doesn't chop even on chop button. Chunks get stuck under blades so you get big chunks left and everything else is mush.
