One of the best interest rates for an instant access ISA
Has to operated by post (but it does help make you leave the money where it is!)
I have heard from several people that they have had problems using the phone system for Abbey. However, I opened my Mini Cash ISA through my local branch and had no problems at all. Abbey actually opened me an easy-access ISA instead of the Postal one, but when I phoned them up, the bloke on the phone sorted it all out for me and put my money into the Postal ISA instead - a change from telephone staff, who can't actually do anything to your account for you!
