Good Points
Very good and so easy to do, you just fill the chamber up at the back of the coffee maker with water and then switch on to heat up, pop in a coffee pod in the top of the coffee maker and off you go.

Bad Points
None that I know to speak of.

General Comments
I wish that I had found the Philips Senseo sooner as it is a godsend to me and conventional coffee makers just do not make the grade anymore and not only that there is no wastage what so ever from this little gem. I would tell anyone who is thinking of having one to go for it!
