General Comments
To be straight to the point the Air Arms MKI silencer is an absolute must to any one who uses an s-200 as it is unbelievably effective without being to heave too long or affecting the balance of your rifle.
I recently went hunting with it and shot 3 bunnies from a group within seconds of each other. It was so easy to fit and for the price it couldn't be much better. I don't no how reliable this info is but I'm told silencers enhance accuracy due to less turbulent air leaving the barrel any way happy hunting.

I hope that you are quite aware of the legalities of owning a silencer. I'm not sure of where you live, and of your local laws, but as far as I know any sound suppression device even for air guns, is regarded as if it were for firearms. It's even illegal in most provinces to use silencers on paintball guns. Just wanted to let you know.

The UK and France have a far less 'paranoid' view of the use of silencers than the USA. In the states the silencer is seen as a device used by criminals and terrorists, and it is banned by both state and national legislation.
The use of silencers on air weapons is still in dispute, but most shooters follow a cautious approach and shun them.
I like the S200, and I have just added 1/2" thread converter so I can try my Weihrauch silencer as opposed to the air arms silencer. A quick search on Google will bring up pages relating to silencers and their legal standing in the USA.
