Very easy to prepare.

Bad Points

Expensive. Poor flavor.

General Comments

The Williams Food Company Hot & Sour Soup Mix tastes nothing like a soup you would get in a restaurant. It is pretty expensive for what you get. This company makes some good products, but this just isn't one of them. They need to go back to the drawing board. It was about $2.50 for .88 ounces of mix. That's over $40 a pound. This company makes some good stuff, this just isn't it.
