General Comments

In my opinion Cahoot are one of the most unprofessional of all banks. They did not accept investment statements from established building societies for ID. Then did not have the courtesy to phone/write or email me that they would not accept this and just cancelled my application! WHY BOTHER ASKING FOR CUSTOMER CONTACT DETAILS IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO USE THEM cahoot ???

When I found out, I sent in more ... and more and all the time they kept finding ridiculous reasons to reject (one utility bill didn't show my middle initial, another was not an invoice - even though it was... cahoot staff clearly can't recognise a Powergen invoice when they see one ...etc etc).

In the end I gave up and asked them to return my documents .... Five emails later I finally get a reply - they 'appear' to have lost them all. Steer clear - you have been warned !
