Good Points

Courteous and efficient customer service.
Excellent quotes, especially as I am a young male driver!


Bad Points

High excess for young drivers, but I suspect this is the same for all insurers.


General Comments

I had free car insurance from Vauxhall when I bought my new Corsa. When shopping around at the end of this, their renewal qoute was about £300 lower than the lowest I found elsewhere (which was More Than). They gave me a great no-claims discount which I protected. When I had to make a claim, they were quick and courteous - all done over the phone, with no forms to fill and time wasted in the post. Most importantly, they were very helpful and gave me good advice. I'd recommend them to any driver, including for non-Vauxhalls as they do cover for them too.
