Customer/after sales service
I was very happy with Digital Point and it makes a pleasant change to be able to report a good news story regarding customer service. Having found digital-point, I purchased a Sony 32" widescreen TV through them in July 2004. When TV arrived, at first it did not function correctly once set up. A call to the shop (on a Saturday afternoon) resulted in a replacement unit being ready for despatch on the Monday am - not fuss, no messing about, just good service. A further issue 6 months later and they wrote to me advising the best route forward. There's a question when posting these reviews - "would you recommend this to a friend?" Not only would I, but I have, and that friend also purchased a TV through them.
