Shrek 2 Review

The Shrek 2 soundtrack is brilliant! I was really surprised at the artists they included - Eels, Nick Cave and Tom Waits in particular, as they tend to appeal to a much more adult audience. However, in context the songs work really well. The Counting Crows track is great and Jennifer Saunders does a brilliant rendition of the old Bonnie Tyler classic "Holding Out For a Hero."

If you've seen the film, you're more likely to appreciate the Jennifer Saunders & Eddie Murphy songs on this CD, but even if you haven't there's still some exclusive material that music fans will love!
