General Comments
Since I bought the Paul Mckenna, Easy Weight Loss cd a month ago, I have lost almost 71bs and feel fantastic about myself.
I was initially a little doubtful about whether it would work, since trying every slimming club diet on the earth - without any long term solution. This not only made me feel good about myself but allowed me to be in control of my eating without obsession of counting and calculating. Definately worth it, I would reccomend this to anyone who is serious about losing weight.
