Richard Hammond Smart Retail: How to Turn Your Store into a Sales Phenomenon - Great practical book and very informative. It is full of examples and case studies which are practically helpful. I was reminded of the importance of having happy motivated staff, and how this is easily achievable. Good book for those who are writing a business plan for a shop, etc.
