Absolutely not ONE
In my experience they charge you for 'upgrades' you never bought. They NEVER answer their phone or if they do, you're put on hold. I hung up after holding for ONE HOUR and they NEVER reply to emails.
Be very careful of this site NetMp3Downloads.
On 30th November I purchased a .99/mo subscription with NetMp3Downloads. A few minutes following this online purchase, I received an email from the company confirming my purchase, only instead of it being for .99/mo or £11.88 in total, it was for £21.85 - the additional amount being for an 'upgrade' which I believe I did not purchase. I had never even seen this as an option and is also not even shown or included as an option when purchasing.
I immediately replied to this email telling them that I did not buy the upgrade package and any payment taken outside the .99/mo was unauthorised. I then immediately rang my credit card company regarding this matter and advised them not to pay this money out.
Having received no reply from the company, I again emailed them - this time to their customer support division, and again received no reply or acknowledgement. I then tried calling the company on the number shown on their email. The first couple of times I tried the line was perpetually engaged. When I finally did get through, I was put in an automatic holding system. I waited over 1 hour on hold and finally gave up. On 10th December I decided enough was enough and sent the company a final email and again received no reply.
Having finally reached the conclusion that there was no way of contacting this outfit I rang and spoke again with my credit card company and advised them to cancel the whole thing - rather than just the unauthorised amount.
One final thing, it appears that in order to actually USE these services you must download a filesharing program - no thanks.
I wish there were some way to solve my problem, but unfortunately I don't think there is. The only thing I can do is warn others about them.
