Excellent staff, always there if you need help
Good quality clothing
Spacious, well-lit changing rooms
Some things are more expensive than other stores
River Island has a good selection of clothing, both casual wear and formal/going out clothes. They also do lots of different lengths for trousers and jeans which is a dream come true if you are petite like I am!
Clothing is of good quality although I've found that recently, they don't have as much choice and variety of clothing as they used to (perhaps due to the time of year maybe?).
