Matilda is yet another one of Roald Dahl's classic books, and as in many other Dahl books, the plot is about a super-talented kid who takes on nasty or brain-dead grown-ups and comes out on top. This book will have readers both young and old absolutely gripped from start to finish. It's a fresh and fun novel and has the usual Dahl eccentricities which make it a super read.
