Good Points

I love the layout of this machine, which is why I selected it. Unfortunately, all of that does not matter one little bit because the machine is totally unreliable.


Bad Points

- Freezes unexpectedly (can't use any functions)
- Several functions are not operable
- Pause feature fails
- Record feature fails


General Comments

I purchased three (3) of these units from SEARS (thank God) and none of them worked right. I thought it was me not understanding how to use the unit, but that's not the case at all. It may work fine initially, but it WILL fail eventually, as all 3 of mine did.

Strong recommendation to avoid purchasing this unit unless you are willing to be very disappointed. There's nothing worse than getting a unit that promises to deliver as much as this one does only to discover it's a piece of garbage. Which it is.

Note: You m-i-g-h-t get lucky and get a unit that works great, but, read the other reviews here and you'll discover that my experience is not unique. Take heed of their reviews.

Also, take any favorable reviews of this unit that were written within a month or two of purchase with a grain of salt. Some of these problems do not show up at first, but over time they will, especially if you use it a lot.
