Good Points

Well, to start, it looks the part. It's camera isn't bad and the extra duostick memory can only be described as genius. BUT! The praise stops there.


Bad Points

Bad bluetooth capabilities, Hard to set up software
Bad reception, and impolite customer services.


General Comments

The software you get with the NEC e616V is a right pain in the neck to sort out. The bluetooth, Well! you're supposed to be able to transfer from one phone to another with bluetooth, But not with the E616v you can't.
Now, am I wrong or have 3 gone and stiffed us by not allowing the handset to do what all other bluetooth enabled handsets can do?? I'm not sure, but I'm not gonna sit back and take it as they [3] should be providing the software to make the phone do exactly what its capable of and not bogged down like some jurrasic phones like the NOKIA 3210.
Gimme some feedback on this as its important that we the buyers get what we're paying for.

    Mine doesn't do the blutooth either...a great phone but this just cheeses me off....you pay for a phone and it features bluetooth and it dosn't even work...total scam...last NEC 3 phone i'll be buying...
