It is extremely close to the beach (a good beach) and is in a good place for shopping. It was extremely clean never saw one cockroach.
Bad Points
The pool was freezing but that is to be expected as I did go in December. The sea was warmer. That is the only bad thing about the hotel that I can think of.
General Comments
Tenerife Royal Gardens was lovely I cannot say anything about it that would put anyone off. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I stayed in a time share apartment so I never had room service however I saw them attending other people's apartments everyday (even on Xmas day). The area is lovely and in good distance to everything.
