Amici Forever, The Opera Band - Much like Il Divo, this is a band formed in pop music style, featuring 5 classically trained opera singers (2 sopranos, bass, 2 tenors). The album consists of vocal music both from opera and pop music rearranged to suit the vocal combinations of the quintet. It's another interesting experiment in melding classical with pop to try and entice a younger generation of top 40 enthusiasts into gaining an appreciation of art music. It's an impressive collection by group of talented young vocalists.
