Customer support ignores you.
General Comments
StreamlineNet (www.streamline.net) is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even a year after I cancelled my account they continued to charge me for a hosting account I don't have. They gave me someone else's private details, which still a year later I can use to access their website. They charged me more money instead of refunding money. They do not apparently have 24 hour customer support.
