The player made it for about two years, then all of a sudden it stopped reading DVD's. It would read a regular CD though. Luckily, I purchased the extended warranty from the store. They said I would get all my money back for the price I paid. The service department said the logic board was out. Also had numerous problems with disc randomly going to random places on DVD when watching a movie. Very VERY annoying !

One thing I have noticed is that all have the problems occur in Sony DVP S560D DVD Players about the time the warranty is getting over. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.
