Davina McCall - The Power Of 3 - This is a great video with a down-to-earth presenter demonstrating a workout for legs, abdomen and upper body. While it was challenging for me at the start, it does seem to be working and it's fairly well-put together with a warm-up, a workout and a cool-down and pretty decent music. I'd recommend it above most celebrity work out vids, especially if you like Davina!
