General Comments
Linzi have a fantastic range of shoes, boots, and general hi-fashion footwear. The delivery was around 3-4 days. I first noticed this shop in the Daily Mail and then saw them featured on a morning TV show. Up to now I have bought 3 pairs of shoes and been delighted. The shoes start from £5.00 up to £90.00 so there is always something worth buying. Well done linzishoes.com

Most of the shoes sold on Linzi, tends to be sold in your local market for half the price. For instances North Weald Market is a very popular Saturday and bank holidays market (located on M11 Junction 2, following the signs). Whenever Linzi gets a new style so does markets, for example they selling most of the boots that Linzi does for £10 (I know, I can't believe it). I personally bought 4 pairs. I was talking to one of the traders and he told me that they buy from the same places linzi does, but less overheads make cheaper prices. I will be going to the market to save some cash.

What this person fails to see is that you have to be able to get to North Weald market in the first place. Then consider that Linzi shoes have shops with overheads and staff and you can always return the shoes if there is a problem. The traders at that market are normally wholesalers selling seconds, and passing them off as perfect. I also understand that certain traders say that they get the same stock as Linzis but from what I understand it isn't. All the people I know that buy from Linzis are more than satisfied with the product and the service...so remember...you get what you pay for.

I bought a pair of shoes from Linzis after seeing them in the press. I was impressed with the price of a pair of on trend ankle boots at £35 plus 2.95 postage and did consider the quality wouldn't excatly be great, (you get what you pay for mantra) but what I got was shocking! they didnt just look cheap they looked pooorer quality than Primark! the glue was clearly visible around the edges of the shoe and the zipper didnt work. I returned the item and did get a refund but the postal costs of £5.20 would not be refunded. the level of customer service was poor as was their attitude. I am always keen to support smaller brands but thesedays you do expect a greater level of service and care. Dont have high expectations of this company!
