I did the Angela Griffin's Dancemix Workout Exercise DVD yesterday and today I am feeling the effects! My tummy, legs and shoulders are all aching. I have several exercise DVDs and this has fast become one of my favourites. Angela and the other trainer really get you motivated with their positive, upbeat attitude to exercise. This, together with the dance music, really makes you want to dance all day. The choreography of routines is imaginative and challenging and not too difficult to follow. Angela Griffin is proof itself that the video works so if you want to lose weight and tone up then get dancing!!
