kept me motivated, as it is more of a challenge than the average exercise video.

Nearly the same as the first one Peak Energy work out

General Comments

I bought the Nell McAndrew Ultimate Challenge as I was so impressed with the previous DVD Peak Energy Work Out. I was very disappointed as it is essentially the same video with only a couple of added extras! If you haven't got Peak Energy Workout then you probably won't find it as disappointing. It is quite a rigorous workout, so you have to be reasonably fit. The first one kept me motivated, as it is more of a challenge than the average exercise video.
