Unit worked fine for about 22 months, then started having problems reading DVD's - C1300 error. Now it hardly ever works. I expected a Sony product to last forever, or at least until I chose to acquire newer, better technology - on my own terms. From what I understand, Sony will not stand by the product - though I'm just about to give it a try anyway.

One thing I have noticed is that all have the problems occur in Sony DVP S560D DVD Players about the time the warranty is getting over. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.
