Apple support is worse than anything out there.


General Comments

My new Apple iPod battery lasted no more than 4 hours matter how long you charge it for. Do Apple customer support or authorized dealer care? They play the tag game. Well, I'm stuck with an iPod that I plug in AC full time. Truly disappointed.

    one year warranty,If your iPod requires service only because the battery’s ability to hold an electrical charge has diminished, Apple will replace your iPod
