Since I purchased this machine in 2003, I have had to send it back for repairs 2 times.
I have had to send my Amphion Mediaworks M-280 back 2 times in less than a year. Both times, the company replaced the defective machine with a new one. But this last time, they sent it back without the battery that I had sent and was nice enough to inform me that I could buy a new one. Nice huh.
