General Comments

I took the first set I bought back to Curry's after experiencing trouble with the sound. It was distorted and went on and off spasmodically. I asked the Customer Services rep in the store whether others had experienced similar difficulties. "No", he said, so I assumed I just had a rogue set and therefore asked for a replacement. The replacement is very marginally better but the sound is still faulty in that it works for about a second when the set is first switched on, it then goes off for a while and then comes back on very distorted for about 20 seconds before settling down. My concern is that it will eventually fail, probably 1 day after the years guarantee runs out!! I think I'm going to have to take it back and ask for my money back.

    Hey there, very sorry to hear you've bought a logik 14ln1, I actually work for Currys and have had numerous problems. The sounds and the picture is shocking!! These TV's are 'code 5' which basically means we will swap them over with pretty much no questions. Take it back and put a couple of quid to it and get a better one - trust me!!!!
