4 megapixel power, zoom to 3X (digital to 8x), easy grip, price/feature value.
Bad Points
Takes a little getting used to some of the controls. Manual instructions are not the clearest -- are they ever?
General Comments
Myriad options allow you to use the C-4000 as point-&-shoot or choose your own settings. Handy are the "mode" selections (landscape, sports, portraits, etc.) and short movie options. You can spend a weekend studying and trying out manual tips and appear to be an expert quickly. Great quality, good feel, great price for the features.
