Good Points
Excellent telephone customer service open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm helpful and clearly knowledgeable about the products that they sell

None that I could see

General Comments
Initially I bought online single trip travel insurance with Go Travel UK Travel Insurance. It was simple and quick to use, I completed the transaction in under 5 minutes.

I had a query on the activities the insurance covered, so I called and was helped by Katie who covered all the points I raised.

Would defintely recommend them to my family and friends

Yes its fine buying the insurance.
<br>Its when you may have to claim you have a problem.
<br>I have written 4 times since December regarding a claim, Royal Mail have confirmed delivery and so far I ve had no response. I m now pursuing via the Ombusman.
<br>I consider this organisation to be callous and totally unprofessional.

It is very easy to criticise an organisation on a website like this - there is a complaints procedure in the policy did you follow that? Surely the test of an organisation is also how quickly they respond and the way in which they respond when things don't go so well.
