General Comments

The Bristol Trade Centre Car Supermarket took advantage of my ignorance to sell me a Fiat with no red key - an essential component of the engine management system. They knew full well it should have had one.
Also, their garage at the back replaced the exhaust manifold on the warranty even though it was faulty when I bought the car (the terms say all faults should be fixed before the warranty starts).

    My family have been buying from them for about 15 years and to start with they were a very good reliable business. Since they have become successful I have seen customer loyalty, friendliness and reliability becoming less and less common.
