Good Points

None whatsoever.


Bad Points

Failure to pay sums them up. Denial of liability, non-existent complaints procedure, poor response to questions. Need I say more.


General Comments

E&L Insurance. I have policies for four pets with E&L Insurance. Having gone through their claims procedure, I am cancelling every one and would not recommend them to anyone at all. They have still not paid one penny of what I believe to be a valid claim. I am forced to go down the route of the Financial Services Ombudsman, Trading Standards and a last resort, the Small Claims Court.
I am only surprised that the other reviewer gave them one star. Nil from me.Avoid.
