Poor Service, not being kept informed, delay after delay.

General Comments

The order takes 3 times longer than stated on the web site and when you cancel after waiting a month for a car that states it's in stock on the web they charge you £59 pounds admin costs... My advice, don't buy a car from these people.

    Virgin Cars and DC Cook are one in the same company. I have entered a review of DC Cook and DC Cook direct which echo's this review.

    Don't touch these two companies, they are imcompetent, boardering on the criminal.

    Just going through the same process myself. I was told that my renault scenic was going to be three weeks overdue but if I was prepared to change the colour they had one available in stock. Three weeks later - no response to any e-mails. Finally found a rep that would call back (after finding five that don't) but cannot tell me where the car is or when or indeed if it will arrive. Just had to cancel the finance which they had activated to start next week no doubt it will take an age to get the deposit back I don't want to have to fight for any finance payments as well. I do find it difficult to accept that they cannot find an £11,000 car which apparantley they have. Seems very much a shoddy out fit something I hadn't previously associated with R.B. Will be cancelling tomorrow I suspect. Good price though.
