General Comments

We bought a Maytag MFD2560HES side by side 3 years ago, they are trying to tell me it was over a year before that. Impossibe. I didn't live in my house until after that. So bought the part they said it needed. No diagram nothing, no information about removing old parts. Wrong part that is not what is wrong with it. Temperature controls go out in fridge and self defrost mechanism. In my opinion it is a piece of trash. Why is it we have better technology than 20 years ago and things only last less than half as long. What happened to the company that stood behind their product? Instead we have to buy extended warranty that only lasts a couple of years and then they call to make us pay for it again. I will never buy a piece of there cheaply made junk again. Besides I just learned they are sending their factories to Mexico. Made in Mexico-made china, same thing! Why don't all you executives move there to and only sell to the Mexicans too. Who made you rich? Who bought your lousy junk we did the American people.
