Bad Points

My Ford escort zx2 has been nothing but problems from day one. By far the worst car I have ever had. The transmission went out $5,00.00 and the new one is acting like the old one. The alternator $500.00 out too. The a/c went out. And the heater works with a loud noise. Some bolts or clamps broke and the belts came loose in the engine causing it to overheat and stall out on the freeway at 20,000 miles. This car is JUNK. Please think twice before you buy one.

    um this is 4x4 offroaders, a ford escort is not built for offroading so no wonder yours gave up if you were using for offroading, try an explorer

    I feel that this person may of had an iscolated experience. This is a fine car and ford does not suck. Ford Rules!
