Good Points

Cheap - Plan work out at £4.99 per month over 12 months (but need to reclaim £150 back by sending 6 and 12 monthly bills to BT.)


Bad Points

Poor customer service. Don't seem to know what they are doing.
No GPRS email service.


General Comments

I needed a new phone as my Nokia 8210 started playing up. Searched around and BT mobile seemed to be the cheapest. Got a Sony T610 with the deal. I pay £9.99 for 1st 6 months and then £25 for next 6 months. By sending the 6 and 12 monthly bills I get a rebate of approx £75 each time. Works out at approx £5 per month. Just hope they honour these rebates.

I've yet to be sent a bill although my bank account has been debited. 5 weeks after using the service contacted BT. They said they would send another copy. Requested a copy of bill again. This time they checked the address. All okay. Bill resent and did not arrive. On the 4th time they noticed that the address was wrong on their billing database (There wasn't a problem with the address when the handset was sent!). So hopefully should receive a copy of the bill soon.
