I bought this Almay Amazing Lash Waterproof Mascara because I wanted one that would not smudge - it claims on the box that it lasts up to 16 hours without smudging, but it had left black patches after only a couple of hours and I had to visit the bathroom at work to wash it off. Cannot say if it is waterproof as I did not use it in the rain!
The brush did not curl my lashes at all and made little impact.
It may be worth buying if you need a hypoallergenic mascara but don't have a problem with smudging.
I wish to ask Almay for my money back but will have to write as there is no customer service number or website given on the packaging.
