top quality villas apartments


General Comments

Polaris World are offering a number of spanish villas and apartments on new golf resorts in Murcia. There are four seperate developments each containing an 18 hole course and leisure facilities. The plots are very luxurious and can be ordered with various options including private pools and jacuzzis.

The Mar Menor resort is near various unspoilt beaches and restaurants and is only fifteen minutes from the airport.

    SO have you been? Or are your comments based solely on brochures? There's no down-side at all? What about cost?

    Do you work for them? As your comment is straight out of there brochure! I was looking for some honest reviews not just another sales pitch!!!

    If you are going to be a fake customer at least make it believable! That is straight out of the brochure ..... and it makes your (i am assuming) company look like a bunch of cowboys! Have a good day.

    We have a Rondella villa on the resort which has given us five fantastic holidays since we bought it beginning of 2005. The resort is ten mins from the airport and is not on the flight path. It's very peaceful. There are lots of places to go and the local cuisine is excellent.
    The Polaris World call centre can be slow to respond to requests to fix problems. We do have an outstanding problem with a leak from the roof terrace and split in front door which I am told is being fixed this week. If it isn't fixed to our satisfaction I'll put our findings on this site. Buying new property always brings teething problems. As long as they can be resolved, I strongly recommend these villas and the resort.

    No, I don't work for Polaris World or sell for them. I can see why you are critisizing the review - when I wrote it, it was too soon to write a full on review as it takes time to explore the place and experience the customer service. So far, one year on, the ratings still stand.

    we are buying an apartment on mar menor 2 , which we purchased in feb 2005, we are still waiting for it to be built. the resort looks great but not stayed there yet ourselves , just visited. will be staying there soon so if you would like my opinion then i let you know
