Good Points

It has a good bang for its buck, pretty accurate, needs only 10-15 pumps

Bad Points

Its a bit hard to aim with if you're used to a 760 or a break barrel. Little hard to sight in.

General Comments

Well the Crosman 2289G gun is a lot fun. Just today I shot two partridges with it, one of my friends shot a rabbit with it so I might try it. This gun has its best accuracy at about 10-15 yrds. Above that you really have to compensate. I'm thinking of putting in a 18" inch barrel for hunting, but if thats what you want this gun for I say get it. After a little while of changing between pistol and normal stock grip the connection gets kind of loose, I just added a little tape to fix the problem.

Or just adjust the sights? Its not hard, just unscrew that little philip's screw on the rear of the sight, and slide the sight up a little, tighten the screw, and try a shot. Too high? Too low? Adjust some more...
