General Comments

Bought this Mamas & Papas Series 03 International pushchair while pregnant with our first child. It looks really good. I did not mind the weight as it felt sturdy. Our problems started when we opened the box. The brake was broken, which was repair number 1. When it came back we found it veered to the left. It went back for repair, the chassis was straightened and the rear wheels replaced, which was repair number 2. It came back, the problem was better but it still veered to the left. It went back again for inspection. They now say the pushchair is fine and that veering is a normal characteristic of 3 all wheelers. I'm STILL trying to get a replacement chassis but I don't hold out much hope. In my experience Mamas & Papas customer service has a bad reputation.
