Endless
Having recently experienced the floods in Carlisle my car as well as my house were wrecked. I rang Hastings Direct Car Insurers to let them know what had happened and gave all the details etc - I was then told I would be called back to arrange someone to come and view the damage. This never happened. To cut a long story short, after 4 calls and me never having a call returned, no one ever came out to view the damage - the car has been towed away and I have heard nothing since.
