Very helpful staff at airports and over the phone, I found the cabin crew very friendly especially helpful with children.
My husband was ill most of the holiday but that wasn't TCD's fault.
Travel City Direct:
I left for my family holiday to Florida on December 11th at around 12:30, it was me my husband my son daughter and their two friends... I could tell we were going to have a great time! At Manchester airport the staff at check-in were very helpful, we waited in the departure lounge until we were called to board. On the plane we found the crew very helpful especially with a family sat in front of us with very young children, the crew made sure everybody was comfortable and happy.
Arriving at Florida things couldn't be going any better, our apartment (Cypress Pointe) was beautiful, the 1st couple of days we relaxed by the pool and did some shopping then we started visiting the attractions! All I can say is wow my kids being 15 and 16 loved universal! But then towards the 2nd week my husband became a bit ill, it wasn't serious it was like a flu, so I paid the TCD staff a visit at the welcome centre they were very helpful and advised me on what to get for my husband and where to get it from. The medicine they advised actually worked too! and we were back into the parks straight away! Leaving Florida the whole family was on such a downer but we had to come home sometime! I am writing this review because I have seen so much negative attitude towards this company it's ridiculous, they definitely made my dream holiday a reality and I've booked with them again for this year!
