Good Points

High Street Bank. Many Branches.


Bad Points

Staff poorly trained. Unwilling to be flexible on relatively small matters.


General Comments

After having a Current Account with the Natwest for 10 years. I set up a student account with all the usual bells and whistles designed to entice. Have used it as a fairly standard account. There is no advice whatsoever from the bank (eg. To offer better accounts or products). No customer contact in the slightest. No flexibility when I went overdrawn by £10 for 24 hours. The few positive points are outweighed by the lack of a customer relationship.
