The Packard Bell AudioDream 1GB was great for 5 minutes but then it grew a life of its own and died on me permanently. In the last month I've owned 3 and they all died (Erased their own memory). I suggest to anyone concidering buying this product to think again. Even the Packard Bell website had a huge amount of complaints and their advice is not very helpful. Even tried telephoning them and the person I spoke to was the most unhelpful and unprofessional person ever!
