They don't inform you when items are out of stock, don't reply to e-mails, give wrong delivery dates, charge too much for postage going by their own delivery charges.
Having used various online companies without a hitch and having Novatech recommended to me when I needed a HP bluetooth adapter for my printer and novatech were 1 of only 3 companies that stocked it. I ordered it from them - BAD MISTAKE. First although in stock when I ordered it had miraculously sold out by the monday morning although I only found out by going to check the status of my order no e-mail telling me it was out of stock. I then requested an estimated date that they would get the stock in again. I got a reply saying 48 hours, waiting that length of time I looked again still out of stock asking for another estimate I was told 5 days, after 5 days still out of stock another estimate said 2 days then another said 9 days at this point I phoned thinking I have been patient. After getting through to customer services and speaking to someone told me that stock was expected in the next day (seems strange I am told 9 days by e-mail and 1 day when on the phone). When I complain about the discrepancies and ask to speak to a supervisor I am put on hold for 5 minutes told that there isn't a supervisor available but also told she checked with the warehouse and they received stock of that product today (again do they know what they are doing)she promised me it would be sent out that evening. Surprise surprise it wasn't and it wasn't dispatched the next day, finally 3 days after speaking to them it has been dispatched wonder how long I will have to wait to receive it. My views are they don't seem to know much about their stock and when it's expected in, customer services are no help at all especially if you complain. Recommendations are to stay clear of them and use someone else, and here's the irony of this, E-buyer gets a really bad write up on here and in some cases it's justified but I use them quite a lot and have never had any problems with them.
