Best graphics for a game of it's time. Any game made in 1999-2000 dosen't even come up to this game's ankles. Lush, gorgeous details and cinematics complete the fatal graphics of this killer game engine. Gameplay wise, the sphere grid is in my opinion the most original and effective method that has being invented for levelling-up. Even as you train, train and train some more in the start of the game or even in the middle, it's inneffective to do so which is a big up since in most of the FF's a couple of hours of training usually suffices to pass the rest of the game easily. The most rock-roaded, breathtaking side-splitting storyline ever written under the sun. We can actually live the story alongside the characters. That's how well the storyline is effective and captivating.
Bad points what bad points? Of course most people hate the battles and waiting during the combat but that's not the game's fault that's the genre! So if you hate RPG's don't play one and moan afterwards that you do so! You're jepoardising a good game's reputation!
What can I say about this Final Fantasy 10 (FF 10) that hasn't been said? One of the best games I have EVER played in my lifetime, FF 10 was a classic from the moment I first controlled the dirty-blond haired hero till'the instant I killed the last boss(I won't spoil the game for those who haven't finished it yet by revealing who is the last boss). Overwhelmingly the best storyline and psychologically realistic characters(the voices really helped), FF 10 is the best game in it's genre. Even today as we speak(O.K were not speaking but you still get the picture....), nothing measures up to this game not even the more recent FF X-2, XI and XII. Seriously, if you consider yourself a REAL gamer and haven't played and enjoyed this game you can take the REAL out of your title...
