I got most of the items that I ordered. There was two items that I needed to exchange.
The two Items that I needed to exchange is where the trouble started. I could not get in touch with anyone in their customer service dept. It is none existance. When you buy from them they also try to get you to buy other items that you do not want and need. Also if you want to buy these items they don't want to talk to you.
After spending 14.00 dollars to send back two items that was sent to me in error, I have yet to hear from the company. They will also put you on hold for a hour at a time hoping that you will hang up. When you finally talk to someone they are real rude and not very helpful. I have contacted my credit crd company dispute dept. to try to get this problem resolved.. They my have the lowest price but they are not worth the hassle.
