4head is a natural headache treatment which is contained in a retractable stick. You apply in in a line accross your forehead. Then a few minutes later your head starts to tingle and feel slightly cold. Anyone can use it, adults and children and I haven't noticed side effects so far. I tend to use 4head as I'm not the best at swallowing tables and its not always that you have a drink with you to take the tablet with. It is priced at £6 and this handy 4head fits in your handbag easily and I definitely recommend it anyone.
