You can feel it working.

Bad Points

Mostly jogging and crunches.

General Comments

Hollyoaks Dance Workout - Most of the main workout was jogging, and then it was more like a punishment. The girls said they wanted something that didn't feel like exercise, but when I'd finished I felt like I'd just spent 2 weeks at the gym.
